Mr. Les Dotson is a Designer, Innovator, Technology and Marketing Executive with over 28 years of experience. He is an award-winning product designer for the #1 selling backpacks and carrying cases in the world. He has an excellent track record in the Worldwide Consumer/OEM markets with companies such as: Seiko, Epson, Simple Technology, Targus, SwissArmy/Wenger, HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Logitech. He has invented and or developed over 500+ products and won The Good Design award two years in a row for 2007/2008 for the SwissGear Mouse design and in 2010 he won the Editor’s Choice award for the ChillCase. Les is a co-founder of Swissdigital USA.

Rob Steven Williams
Co-founder & President

Mr. Rob Steven Williams has 26 years of experience in Design and Branding, Technology, Customer Development, Product Management, Lean Launch, Strategic Partnerships, and Business Development. He leads the company in design, management, and execution of global marketing plan across the organization, including his creative strategic vision that is aligned with the company’s short and long-term KPI goals. He has worked directly with start-ups to major brands such as DirecTV Music channel 101 / Havoc Television, Interscope Records, (now, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Corelis, SBD Fest, Nirve Sports, HP/Beats by Dre Envy,, Vans Warped Tour, Panasonic for Interactive TV, including some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment; Marco Fabián, Dwight Howard, John Starks, Lorenzo Alexander, Kareem Rush, Pink, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Lil Jon, Miguel, Pitt Bull, B-Real, to name a few. He is a Co-Founder @ PopTech Studio LLC, and a volunteer @ Homeboy Industries.

Ziggy Kormandel
Creative Director, Digital

Ziggy began his career in visual entertainment as an art director during the “dot com boom.” As his list of clients grew to include many Fortune 500 companies, so did his expertise in online brand messaging and awareness. From there, Ziggy has worked to become an expert in each aspect of bringing unique and innovative campaigns to consumers.

Robert A. Parada
Sales & Marketing

Robert has worked in the areas of marketing, branding, design and sales for the past 15 years. He has managed campaigns and strategic partnerships with the UFC, ABA, Gibson Amphitheatre, Rockstar Energy Drink, Red Bull, Warner Bros. and Lionsgate. Robert graduated with a BA from California State University Northridge and is currently completing his MBA at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Kevin Black
Entertainment Ambassador

A 20+ year internationally-recognized urban music executive who started his career as a roadie for Run DMC and a street marketing representative for Def Jam where he helped break LL Cool J, Slick Rick, Public Enemy and many more. Kevin earned a senior management and executive positions with Interscope Records where he became Senior Vice President responsible for breaking Eminem, Dr. Dre, Tupac, Snoop, Keisha Cole, Robin Thicke, Lady GaGa, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige, No Doubt, Limp Bizkit, Will Smith and many, many more. Then at Warner Brothers he became head of Urban Music reporting directly to the Chairman, leading their marketing strategies for Eric Benet, Brian McKnight, Madonna, Mike Jones, Linkin Park and signed Wiz Khalifa.
