Manhattan Beach, CA May 7th, 2013 –Swiss Precision’s celebrity endorsement lineup continues to grow as the company announces that retired NBA All-Star John Starks will be a Brand Ambassador for the new Baller’s Bag high-end spots tech backpack line. Starks, most notable for his time spent with the New York Knicks, will be the first professional basketball face for the brand.

“John has made a career out of being successful both during his time in the NBA and through his current retirement years as a post-game analyst and fan development official for the Knicks. That comes from hard work, dedication, drive and passion, all qualities that we love for our Brand Ambassador to possess as they represent our product,” says award winning backpack and carrying case Co-Founder/CEO of Swiss Precision, Les Dotson. “It is exciting to have John on board and bring such a popular face from the professional basketball world to the Baller’s Bag for customers to better relate to such a convenient backpack,” added Co-Founder/President of Swiss Precision Rob Steven Williams.

Starks’ role as Brand Ambassador will include appearing in new advertisements and attending in-store and special events as well as to help sign other Top Athlete endorsements for the Baller’s Bag.

“As a business man, it is exciting to represent such a well-crafted lifestyle backpack. My only wish is that I would have had one available for use when I played because it would have made traveling from practice to meetings so much easier,” comments Starks. “I’m excited and honored to move forward with Swiss Precision and bring awareness of the bag to the basketball community.”

The Baller’s Bag is popular for its ability to conveniently fit an iPad/Tablet, or 15-17 inch lap top, as well as a mini tot carrier that supports almost any sports ball. Another well appreciated factor is that it can fit up to a size 22 men’s shoe and other much needed accessories including clothing, wallets, and smartphones all without a bulky appearance. The TSA friendly backpack ranges from $89.99 to $349.99.
