CopperActive™, a patented Eco Health fabric, is a blend of embedded copper and organic materials such as cotton, bamboo, silk, or linen, making it an effective antimicrobial solution for scrubs and uniforms. Our SGS and Accugen Laboratories test reports show that our fabric reduces 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, including Staphylococcus Aureus and Klebsiella Pneumoniae. These bacteria are commonly found in hospitals, medical centers, and nursing homes. Even after 40 washes, our fabric maintains its antimicrobial properties, reducing bacteria count by around 99.99%.

Embedded Copper: Integrated directly into the material during manufacturing, embedded copper is a permanent part of the material's structure, offering consistent benefits and durability, even after multiple washes.

Infused Copper: Copper compounds are introduced to the material post-manufacture, typically through soaking. While effective, its concentration may diminish over time, especially with wear and washing.

Spray-on Copper: Applied to the material's surface, this method is quick but less durable. The copper can wear off with washing or abrasion, often requiring reapplications for effectiveness.

Embedded copper, like in CopperActive™, provides the most durable and long-lasting copper benefits compared to the other methods.

For the best fit, follow these steps:

• Bust/Chest: Women should measure around the fullest part of the bust, under the arms. Men should measure just below the arms around the upper body.
• Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of your waist, typically higher than where you wear your pants.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, found by leaning forward slightly.
• Inseam (Custom Length Orders): Stand straight, measure from the crotch seam to your ankle or foot, based on desired pant length.

To maintain the quality of CopperActive™ apparel, turn them inside-out and machine wash cold with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or air dry to preserve fabric integrity. Steaming is preferred over ironing. Natural detergents are recommended, and a lint roller can be used for a neat appearance. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm PT/3pm CST will ship on the same business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

All custom-tailored products (pant length), or custom prints or embroidery we do our best to fulfill orders in 2-5 business days, these services are done on-demand. Then add the extra time for processing and shipping, which depends on where we are shipping to. We are not in our studio on weekends but will diligently work to fulfill any weekend orders upon our return. Please note that federal holidays may impact fulfillment & delivery times.

We ship all products from either Atlanta, Georgia or for custom length we ship from Los Angeles, California. You will receive an email with tracking information from our website directly to your inbox (check your junk/spam folders). Your items will be shipped via your selected shipment option (delivery times vary).

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Shipping estimates are provided by USPS domestic USA and DHL for all international customers. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We use DHL Express for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that DHL Express is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if DHL is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

Some countries impose a value limit on international shipments. If your order is above the limit for your country, your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. Contact your local customs office for more information on the value limits for your country.

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
